  How does @Verizon stay in business? They have the absolute worst customer service and you have to jump through 25 hoops to try and purchase a new phone (and then charge you a service fee for the inconvenience you caused them).

  This is huge... it helps companies like Apple and Samsung since America’s 3rd largest carrier wont support ‘budget phones’ that are gaining popular interest. It’ll be interesting to see if Verizon and AT&T follow suit

  @Apple Yeah right! Don’t trade your phone in. Verizon rips you off. They give you a quote for your trade in, then give you a small fraction of that quote.Great deals for new users but NEVER anything for those of us that have been loyal for YEARS.Time to change providers.

  @VerizonSupport offered a free Apple Watch for Black Friday this year. It came today and when I opened it, the damn thing fell out of the box and shattered the screen. I called Verizon and the manager’s advice to me is to open the box more carefully next time. Smug if you ask me
